We started out with one goal—to find a way to help people access much needed medical supplies.
Thousands of gowns, tools and instruments are discarded every day due to various reasons like expiration dates or small packaging punctures that have little to no effect on performance.
SOS works closely with Australian and overseas hospitals, and local health care providers and frontline workers to identify their precise needs, collect donations of relevance which would otherwise cost to dispose of, and package a shipment accordingly. This ensures that every collection and every delivery is purposeful, relevant, and immediately useful. Our work strengthens health systems, rather than overwhelming them, and resources arrive where they will make the greatest difference.
Help us divert these items from landfill and send them to communities in need. These are some of the supplies we collect.
